Introduction
Welcome to the California Department of Education's Safe and Healthy Kids Program Office 2007-08 Annual Report Website. At the end of each year, county offices of education, school districts, and charter schools that receive Title IV funding are required to complete the Safe and Healthy Kids Annual Report. The report satisfies certain requirements under the Tobacco Use Prevention Education (TUPE) funding as well as Safe and Drug-free Schools and Communities Act (SDFSCA) funding.
Instructions
You must register in order to start entering information for your district into the Annual Report website. To register click "Registration for Data Entry" and establish a user name and password. No data can be entered until an account is established. Once you register for an account, click "Log-on for Data Entry." You will be prompted to start entering data. If you need to return to your Annual Report click "Log on for Data Entry" and sign in using your user name and password. Anyone can access (but not edit) 2007-08 reports or reports for previous years by clicking either of the two links below!
